ACON is delighted to announce the first ConversAsians event for 2019. ConversAsians workshops are for Asian guys who like guys discussing their issues. We aim to engage and empower our communities.

To start the year in the spirit of personal growth, we would like to invite you to reflect on your experience with being RESILIENT in the face of adversities. Challenges occur in all facets of life: work, study, friendships and relationship. When the chips are down knowing what helps you bounce back quickly is important. This workshop aims to offer you a safe space to share your opinions and learn additional strategies from fellow Asian (gay) men in a non-judgmental and relaxed environment. If you don’t know how to start a conversation, we will provide your with a framework so you can participate comfortably. Furthermore, this workshop provides a great opportunity to meet new friends and expand your social network.

Nibbles and soft drinks will be provided from 6PM. We will start at 6:30PM sharp so that we can leave enough time to have dinner together afterwards.
