ConversAsians workshop is back this month on Wednesday 29 May.
Being single can mean a lot of different things for different people. It can involve experiences of loneliness, isolation and despair; but it can also be a liberating and empowering experience that teaches you to love yourself and hone in on your own individuality.
Whether you are currently single, were previously single or have recently become single, we invite you to join in our discussion, where we will reflect on what being single can mean and how it is reflected in our lifestyles – both positively and negatively. Like our previous workshops, we will break into small group discussions where everyone can have discussions that are organic, enriching and empowering.
We’ll offer you a safe space to share your opinions in a non-judgmental and relaxed place. We welcome you to share as much or as little as you want. Furthermore, come along to meet new friends and expand your gay social networks.
Please arrive around or just after 6 pm to mingle and get to know each other. Nibbles will be provided.
We will start at 6:30 pm sharp so that we can leave enough time to continue the conversation over dinner & drink at a restaurant nearby. Looking forward to seeing you there!
ConverAsians is 100% coordinated by volunteers. ConversAsians workshops are for same-sex attracted Asian men to discuss issues in a safe environment. We aim to engage and empower our communities.
