Australia is facing an ageing population. For people living with HIV and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people, the effects of ageing manifests unevenly across our communities.

ACON is responding to the needs of our elders with a range of services and programs, and the future of these activities will be guided by our new Ageing Health Outcome Strategy 2017-2021.

Join Kathryn Greiner, Chair of the NSW Ministerial Advisory Council on Ageing, for morning tea as she launches the new strategy, which outlines ACON’s approach to addressing ageing in our communities by setting out the issues, priorities and partnerships necessary to support the care, wellbeing and inclusion of our elders.
