Trans and Gender Diverse Community Health Strategy Survey

ACON is developing a Trans and Gender Diverse (TGD) Community Health Strategy and we want to hear from you!

The final strategy will include how ACON will strengthen the inclusion of TGD people within its programs and services, as well as actions required across the NSW health, community and legal systems of which ACON will work with others to advocate for.

To help us develop the strategy, ACON wants to hear from the TGD community and those connected to the community about what the priorities are for improving TGD community health and wellbeing.

In this survey, which should take 20 mins, you will be asked to score a set of identified issues from 1-10 based on how much of a priority you think each is for improving the health and wellbeing of TGD people in NSW. You can provide written responses as well.

These identified issues were developed by the Communities of Change Consultancy, from available research and in consultation with ACON’s Trans and Gender Diverse Community Health Strategy Advisory Group, which is comprised of individuals from TGD communities and organisations, and ACON staff.

A background discussion paper about these identified issues is available here.

You will also be asked some questions about who you are, in order to help us understand if there are different priorities within the TGD community in NSW.

If you have a lived experience as a TGD person, are a parent/carer, partner, family member, ally/friend or healthcare provider of TGD people, you can take this survey!
